I'm starting to wonder if the people who had this house before us pissed off a water god somehow, and that's why the house is permanently suffering from their terrible attemps at DIY. Our current suite of problems includes a mysterious leak in the bathroom ceiling, the shower not actually being completely sealed, and the dishwasher currently being a box full of standing water. Haunted by an angry water ghost is obviously the most reasonable explanation.

• Friend Like Me by NE-YO — I usually find covers of Disney songs to be hit and miss, but apparently the problem has just been that I'm not listening to enough big band style covers? Because DAMN this man has swagger and I love it.
• Devil by Shinedown — I swear this was the trailer for SOMETHING, I just don't know what.
• Istanbul Not Constantinople by They Might Be Giants — I remembered this tiktok about explaining being trans to grandma existed and earwormed myself. You're welcome!
• Sheep Go to Heaven by Cake — Is this song just about being dead? Hm.
• Pop/Star Metal Cover by Jonathan Young and Tre Watson — I think this is my favourite cover of Pop/Star, although it turns out the woman who voiced Homura in the Madoka Magica dub also did a cover?
• Let's Go to War by Nobody More — Another song for my rivalmance playlist!

Also, does anyone remember what the hell I did with the notebook that I decorated? Because I have turned the living room upside looking for it and I'm starting to run out of ideas for where it could be. But also I kinda need it, because once again I forgot that I have ADHD and still need a diary.

... Maybe I also need the coloured pens and stickers, because I've not been using them in this super-basic version of a bullet journal I've been using, and thus I've not remembered to look at it even once.
