I have come to the regretful conclusion that I don't actually want to read a book or any fic, I just want to read something that produces the exact same feeling as the scene in episode 20 of The Untamed where Lán Zhàn finds out that Wèi Wúxiàn is alive and monstrous, and Wèi Wúxiàn's entire response is to call him by his courtesy name and politely ask him to leave so that he and Jiāng Chéng can murder a man. I can't explain this feeling, I just know that my brain has "That. Yes."
