Different ways to schedule posts!

Listen, I've said it before and I am 100% going to say it again: the only thing I miss about tumblr is the queue function. I really miss being able to just throw stuff into a bucket and let the algorithm spit it out at regular intervals! But Dreamwidth doesn't have that (and isn't like to get it unless someone can slide them a LOT of money), so I'm kinda doing a bodge job! This is my current list of things that I've tried, and I might come back and update it as I try other things.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to trying things! I think one work-around people have been using is posting things to wordpress or something else, and getting that site to mirror stuff to Dreamwidth, but I've not tried it so I'm not sure.
- Semagic! It's originally a livejournal client, but this post has instructions on how to set it up for Dreamwidth, and Dreamwidth have recommended settings over here!
+ Pretty familiar to use if you've ever used livejournal/dreamwidth before! Lets you schedule posts!
- The scheduling only seems to work if you actually open up Semagic and click the button, which is frustrating. - Gmail! ... It's gmail.
+ Works whether you interact with it or not! You can just set it and forget it.
- It put random linebreaks in so your posts are gonna look messy as all hell, AS YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED. - Outlook!
+ Doesn't garble your posts like gmail does.
- Will send posts out automatically, but Outlook needs to be open, and it only works if you use the Outlook desktop client, not the web or app version.
