• Wow, Shadow Weaver stealing the credit is simultaneously exactly what I expected and BREATHTAKINGLY annoying.

• Oh no this is bad, this is so bad. Also Angella, you can't just lock Glimmer in the castle forever, you're at war.


• Adora, you can definitely do it! It's okay! Look, see, you have friends!


• "We're the Princess Alliance, and the Horde took one of our own." The fact that Mermista is the one saying that lets you know how serious this is.


• So Bow gets put in regular prison? And Bow trying to befriend Kyle so that he can find out what happened to Glimmer is PERFECTLY HIM. Bless him.


• Oh god, the inevitable argument over who gets to be what. I am familiar with this from many a D&D table. ... Also omg Bow made them all miniatures of themselves, that's adorable.


• That emphasis on "WAIT FOR MY SIGNAL" suggests that that is the bit that will be going wrong.


• "I'm sorry, Mermista will WHAT?!" I love Mermista, she continues to be done with literally every single thing on this earth.


• Mermista hates so much of her life right now. SO MUCH.


• ENTRAPTA DO NOT REWIRE THE HORDE TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICIENT, THAT'S THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO!


• SEA HAWK SERIOUSLY THAT IS NOT HOW GOING ON THREE WORKS. WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS.


• Oh god, you guys left Entrapta to her own devices. Why.

• THE BEST PART IS I don't know if Scorpia genuinely fell for it or not, because she could literally go either way. I love her thoooough.


• Perfuma: Harmonious teamwork with Entrapta can be a challenge.

• Poor Adora. She had a plan and forgot that her team was made up of people who were not actually military trained from birth.

• I like that this show is explicitly going "Hey, Adora did have a life and friends before the Rebellion," even though they don't really show it or allow Adora to actually talk about it. It would be nice if we got her perspective on it a bit more, instead of just people popping up like "Hey, you used to be on our side!" but I will take what I can get.


• Aw, Bow being a therapist for Kyle.


• Look at that fight going on in the background!

• That alarm sound is the exact same noise Planetbase makes when I set it to "Seriously you idiots get out of the killer sandstorm." So as you can imagine, I am slightly confused!


• Adora trying to sacrifice herself nobly to save the others is such a good arc.

• YOU CAN DO IT GLIMMER, YOU CAN MAKE IT OUT OF THERE!


• Teleporting to punch someone in the face is my FAVOURITE.


• ENTRAPTA, NO.


• Oh wow, that one shot of Catra is straight up horror movie nonsense.


• CATRA GIVING ADORA THE SWORD OMG OMG OMG I DIE HELP I LOVE HER.


• "This is NOT because I like you." CATRAAAAAAA.


• Is the only way to get Catra out of there to defeat Shadow Weaver completely?


• No! No, she has to make it! Entrapta has to be okay! What do you mean she's GONE! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A KID'S SHOW! Isn't there some kind of – I dunno, get out of fail free card? Something that Emily could do, like open up and let Entrapta hide inside? COME ON!
