Scheduling is my job's forté, as you can tell

Today I had a surprise training session for the webchat thing work is rolling out! That was not actually on my rota, or notified in any useful way until uhhhhh 10 minutes beforehand? But it's fine, because it turns out that the webchat is actually my sort of job, because it combines my two greatest talents: a fast typing speed, and being extremely online!
