spindizzy: Victor looking over his shoulder as he holds a CD. (music)
  • Animal Style by Biffy Clyde — This is probably going on my Murder Couple playlists and I'm not sorry.

  • Nobody Move and Nobody Gets Hurt by We Are Scientists — This has been a week for songs to just pop into my head and stay there while I try to figure out what song they are.

  • Black Hole in Your Heart by THEORY — Some of this song is great, and some of it is "Your blood is colder than / an arctic polar bear" so I don't know whether I want to facepalm at it or not.

  • This is the Life by Amy McDonald — There was a short story in Shousetsu Bang*Bang called "Where you gonna sleep tonight?" and nostalgia happened???? Because this and Black Horse by KT Tunstall somehow aggressively remind me of hanging out with [twitter.com profile] FKTH and I have no idea why.

  • Gasoline by Enter the Haggis — This was a rec from [twitter.com profile] captainraz and honestly please just picture me squinting at the video title like "Is this a Halsey cover by the Scottish equivalent of Mumford & Sons?" It's not, I just needed to share that bizarre mental image with you all.

  • Beautiful Collision by Bic Runga — In my brain this has a very precise waltz going with it, despite me only barely knowing what a waltz is and not knowing whether this would be something that you could waltz to. (I think I got it off a Dahlia Hawthorne FST back in the day, which is making me feel OLD.)

  • Paris by The Chainsmokers — I don't know why The Chainsmokers have become the unofficial soundtrack to an Uncharted college AU that I don't even know how to start writing, but I guess that's a thing now????
