So I'm pretty sure that the women on the Greater Grail are Einzburn homunculi; probably not Irisviel, because of when the Grail went missing, but her predecessors.

Chiron realising halfway through this fight that he wants the victory is such a weird little character beat, I'm fascinated by it. Also, like, I have listened to far too many romance audiobooks because my brain cannot parse "I want to claim [whatever] you" as anything but a weird declaration of the deepest feelings. Like, sometimes those feelings are "throwing you through a plane!" Sometimes they're eternal love and/or rivalry! Either way: into it.

Achilles is such an honourable little shit, because Chiron offers him an opportunity to just kill him without calling in the oath he swore, and Achilles just... Doesn't take it. Not what I expected.

Literally he makes the argument that his Noble Phantasm is always aimed and ready to fire, because his constellation always has its bow ready, this is bullshit and I love it. Especially because it works.

I did genuinely forget what the Caledonian Boar's myth was for a while and have to look it up, because I couldn't remember what myth involved her gaining animal transformation powers. But that's – wow, she just fused herself with a demonic boar because she felt that that's what it would take to beat Jeanne d'Arc. Wow.

And of course most of her clothes disappeared in the process, because why is Type-Moon like this?!

RIDER ISN'T DEAD! They are not having a good day and they're somewhat on fire, but they're not dead!

Achilles standing in the flames, not fighting or posturing, and then "There's something I'd like to entrust to you, Rider of Black." Augh. I don't want to get up in my feelings for Achilles but yes, this makes sense, and a character who runs on cockiness and hubris suddenly having to display sincerity is delicious.
